We’re looking for a confident, resilient and ambitious M&A Manager to join the Corporate Finance team at HURST. It’s a busy time for us, we have a strong deal pipeline and are looking to grow the team with someone who thrives on delivering high quality execution and enjoys working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a replacement and growth role, so there’s real opportunity to make your mark. You’ll be running live transactions from day one and working closely with Partners and the wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading deals valued between £5m-£30m – start to finish
  • Managing Associates and Executives to deliver standout work
  • Producing and reviewing financial models, IMs, valuations and process materials
  • Owning client relationships and coordinating with lawyers, tax, PE, and other advisers
  • Keeping multiple plates spinning while maintaining a high bar on delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-6 years’ M&A advisory experience, playing a leading role in at least 5 completed deals
  • Strong lower mid-market exposure and excellent execution skills
  • Commercial mindset, attention to detail and a client-first approach
  • Confident communicator with strong technical and IT capabilities
  • Well connected (or eager to get stuck in) within the North West M&A scene
