With over 15 years at HURST, Ben is a highly trusted and respected corporate finance advisor, known for his straight-talking style, strategic insight, and relentless commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

As a lead M&A advisor, Ben advises shareholders and management teams on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and buyouts – often funded through private equity or debt structures.

He has successfully led numerous multi-million-pound deals, working with both UK and international buyers and sellers, and has deep experience navigating the intricacies of Private Equity.
