Bio
James is an experienced corporate finance adviser with more than 20 years’ experience supporting entrepreneurs, management teams and private equity investors through acquisitions, disposals and other strategic transactions.
He has advised on more than 50 transactions during his career and brings significant experience across the TMT and Business Services sectors. James particularly enjoys working closely with entrepreneurial businesses, helping owners understand their options and navigate what can often be complex and important decisions.
Before joining HURST Corporate Finance, James held senior M&A roles at BDO, where he also led the firm’s national Human Capital and Professional Services M&A activity.
