Corporate Finance Associate Partner

Bio

Max Perry joined HURST Corporate Finance in November 2021, in his role as Associate Partner, Max enjoys working with clients with a passion for their businesses, and supporting them through their transactions.

Prior to HURST, Max has built a successful career as an associate director at the Camlee Group. Max spent more than five years at Camlee, an M&A advisory practice, after moving from Deloitte where he chartered.

Coming from a “Big 4” background, Max moved to HURST Corporate Finance to pivot his career to more small to medium businesses in order to work more closely with business owners and shareholders.

I love my role because...

There’s a great variety of work to get involved in, from valuations and advice on buyouts to management teams to disposals of businesses that have been family owned for generations. Our clients trust us to issue high quality impartial advice that will best suit them and their circumstances whilst ultimately driving the value of their business forwards.

My favourite thing about HURST Corporate Finance is…

The people. Hands down the friendliest, kindest, smartest group of individuals I’ve had the good fortune to call my colleagues. The employee turnover is so low, and once you’ve joined it’s not hard to see why.

Our clients trust us to issue high quality impartial advice that will best suit them and their circumstances whilst ultimately driving the value of their business forwards.
Max Perry, Corporate Finance Associate Partner

Our clients chose HURST Corporate Finance because…

We deliver quality and help them drive value whilst constructively challenging them and being fun to work with.

When I imagine HURST Corporate Finance in 2034...

A larger team, helping more clients grow the value of their business, and realise their potential. It wouldn’t surprise me if everyone I see around the office today is still involved in some way or other!

Where I can be found outside of work...

When I'm not having rings run around me by my young son or labrador, I can be found avoiding the fairways with my golf ball, or watching the cricket and Hull City (someone has to) whenever I'm able to make it over.
