Founded in 2018, Visible Analytics is a specialist provider of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), health technology assessment (HTA) and data analytics services, supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across the product lifecycle. The business is recognised for its scientific rigour, evidence‑driven approach and high‑quality technical expertise in economic modelling, evidence synthesis and value communication.

The acquisition by Newmarket Strategy completes its full‑service market access offering, bringing together comprehensive capabilities across commercial strategy, policy, reimbursement, HEOR and market access. The transaction represents a highly complementary combination, enhancing Newmarket Strategy’s ability to support clients in achieving quicker and more successful commercialisation of healthcare innovations.
