Matthew Taylor

Corporate Finance Manager

Bio

Matthew joined HURST Corporate Finance in September 2021 and has since qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. As a Corporate Finance Manager he provides advice and support for a wide range of businesses across the North West and beyond, helping to guide clients through their transactions and support them every step of the way.

I love my role because...

I get to work with a lot of interesting clients alongside an amazing team. Every day I learn something new, whether it be from the challenging day-to-day work or insight from my senior colleagues, and I always look forward to seeing what the following day beholds.

My favourite thing about HURST Corporate Finance is…

Unsurprisingly, the people. There is a reason this is such a common answer, and it’s because there is so much truth in it. The culture is extremely welcoming, and everybody is always happy to offer a helping hand.

We put the client first and do everything in our ability to get the job done.
Matthew Taylor, Corporate Finance Executive

Our clients chose HURST Corporate Finance because…

We put the client first and do everything in our ability to get the job done.

When I imagine HURST Corporate Finance in 2034...

I see a team that has grown massively, yet one that has maintained the essence of what makes it so great today.

Where I can be found outside of work...

Outside of work you'll find me balancing life between good times and good health. Whether I'm grabbing a beer with friends, hitting the gym, running through scenic routes, or conquering the boulder wall, I'm all about staying active and looking for new adventures.
